1 Topic content and application scope

1.1 The technical conditions stipulate the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and general requirements for packaging, storage and transportation of metal and non-metal and sheet material used in the company's products, which are jointly made by cold stamping (hereinafter referred to as "stamping parts").
1.2 This technical proposal is not applicable to stamping parts processed by precision blanking method.
1.3 The technical conditions are valid in product drawings and other technical conditions, and the labeling method is "Cold stamping parts conform to OCYD.599.000".

3 Counting Requirements

3.1 The raw materials used for stamping parts should meet the requirements of product drawings, and should have quality guarantee or physical and chemical test report, which can ensure that the materials meet the requirements of the standards in time. When there is no quality certificate or other reasons, the third party with authoritative quality should be entrusted to carry out physical and chemical test.
3.2 Shape and size.
A. The shape and size of the stamping parts shall conform to the requirements of the product drawings.
B. The shape and size of the stamping parts shall pay attention to the process restrictions. For the metal sheet, the design shall follow the regulation and criteria of JB4378-87 "Structural Elements of Metal Cold Stamping Parts", and for the metal profiles, pipe fittings and non-metallic plates, please refer to the standard C.
C The shape and dimensional tolerances of stamping parts conform to the requirements of GB/T13914-92 "Dimensional Tolerances of Stamping Parts". Non-metallic plates can also refer to this standard. At the same time, the shape and size tolerance of stamping parts can also be implemented in accordance with gb1800-79 "General Tolerances and Fit standard Tolerance and Basic Deviation" article 31 and GB1804-92 "General tolerance linear size without tolerance".
3.3 Surface quality.
In addition to the punching surface, the surface condition of the stamping parts should be consistent with the material used. Slight tensile wrinkle and small surface roughness are allowed during molding. Surface treatment of stamping parts, such as rust removal, pickling, oil removal, phosphating, painting, oxidation, metal crossing, etc., shall be explained in the technical requirements of product drawings.
3.4 The limit value of burr height of metal stamping parts shall conform to the provisions of GB4129-85 "Burr Height of Stamping Parts", and the processing accuracy level shall be selected. If no burr is allowed, technological measures shall be adopted to remove the burr.
3.5 Section of blanking parts.
When it has nothing to do with quality and assembly, the inclination of section is not examined. Allow natural tread and tilt on blanking die and punch punch side.
3.6 bend
Under the condition of not affecting the assembly quality, slight deformation is allowed at the bending of the stamping parts, such as the change of the thickness of the material protruding at the edge, and the hole is slightly elongated. When the edge is not allowed to protrude, technological measures can be added before bending to solve the problem. For the bending of the rod parts, very slight distortion is allowed.
3.7 flanging
Slight cracks are allowed at the edge of the flanging of metal sheet stamping parts, but flanging of the sheet used for working thread shall not affect the effective thread diameter and tolerance.
3.8 The surface of the top pier of the rod shall be smooth, without cracks and serious defects affecting the surface quality.
3.10 The tolerance of unmarked common thread shall be t-grade accuracy according to GB197-81 "Common Thread Tolerance and Fit".
3.11 If the punching price needs to be processed by welding, heat treatment, shaping and other processes, if the process size needs to be increased, the process size is allowed to deviate temporarily from the product drawing size, but after processing, it must be guaranteed to meet the design requirements.


4 Inspection Methods

4.1 Raw materials shall be inspected according to the incoming inspection procedures of raw materials and conform to the requirements of product drawings.
4.2 Stamping parts are divided into self-made parts and external parts. The self-made parts shall be checked according to the process size of the cold stamping process card of the product, and the external parts shall be checked according to the inspection card of the parts, and shall have the material quality guarantee and product certificate.
4.3 Precision inspection of stamping parts is to use tools, clamps and measuring tools to ensure the measurement accuracy to check the size, shape, position and accuracy of stamping parts.


5 Check Rules

The inspection is divided into type test, regular test and routine test.

6.3 Conventional test
5.3.1 In the process of 3.1 inspection, if there is no warranty, the inspection department shall entrust a third party organization to carry out scientific and economic tests according to the material standards.
5.3.2 When carrying out the inspection of Article 3.2-3.11, a sampling plan shall be carried out according to GB2828-87 "Batch By Batch Inspection Counting Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table". The general inspection level shall be Grade II, and the qualified quality level shall be 2.5. For safety parts, the inspection shall be carried out according to the provisions of the inspection card.

Packing, transportation and storage

6.1 The packing shall ensure that the stamping parts are not damaged during transportation. The name, specification, code, quantity, manufacturing unit and date of the stamping parts shall be marked on the box body, and the certificate of quality shall be attached.
6.2 Stamping parts should be moisture-proof, deformation-proof and rust-proof during transportation to ensure quality.
6.3 Stamping parts shall be stored in clean, ventilated, dry and non-corrosive storerooms, and shall not be directly placed on the ground.
