Mold manufacturing is our strength and manufacturing precision. (Our company now has 6 CNC cutting machines, 5 CNC machining centers, 7 EDM machines, 2 precision digital milling machines, 4 large lathes, 1 flat water grinder, 1 band sawing machine, 1 horizontal milling machine, etc.)
The hardware workshop has nearly 200 large and small punching machines: one with 350 tons of hydraulic deep drawing, one with 200T and 120T hydraulic deep drawing machines, four with 100T punching machines, sixteen with 80 tons of punching machines, and sixteen with 63T punching machines. 10 sets of punching machines, 10 sets of 30T punching machines, 35 sets of 16T punching machines, 46 sets of 10T punching machines, and 5 sets of 6.3T punching machines. 3 sets of bending machines, 2 sets of shearing machines, 1 automatic bending machine and 5 cutting machines.
The inspection equipment includes: 1 set of 3D coordinate instrument, 1 set of salt spray tester, 1 set of hardness tester, 1 set of tensile tester, and so on.
The injection workshop has 30 sets of 90--2800 tons of full-computer injection molding machines, which can produce plastic products from 10g-15Kg, with an annual processing capacity of over 12,000 tons. In April 2018, our injection molding business added a third workshop. The workshop is located in Datong Village, Nansha District. The workshop area is 12,000 square meters. The first stage equipment (LS2800 tons, imported, the largest mold size: 2mX1.9mX2m) The platform has entered production commissioning and can produce the front and rear bumpers of the entire vehicle at one time. The single weight of the finished product is up to 15KG. For Guangzhou's second manufacturer with this production capacity, it can provide customers with higher precision and higher strength service capabilities.
