1.1 The first is blanking (also known as blanking) process. Now most machine tool manufacturers will provide automatic programming software (domestic manufacturers are almost with foreign such software company cooperation, OEM sales, so they do not have their own software research and development team), so greatly convenient programming engineers. The factors that the stamping/cutting programmer should consider are plate utilization, cutting tools, efficiency, accuracy and so on. After the stamping/cutting is complete, the parts are removed from the micro connection and then sent to the bending machine for bending.
1.3 In the bending process, the main consideration is tool selection, bending sequence, bending compensation, bending interference, etc. Usually have bent stochastic programming software sales, but most domestic CNC bending machine or manual programming, too often rely on the experience of the Lao shifu, on the other hand, domestic manufacturing process requirements, there is still a gap relative to foreign, and efficiency has not improved, the performance of the CNC bending machine did not play to the extreme.

2.1 Increased demand for production capacity. 2.2 Low machining accuracy requirements, easy to use. In terms of gold processing, the accuracy in a few silk is very common, and the complexity of the process is relatively high, and even some parts of the process up to dozens of. Therefore, gold processing enterprises usually need a variety of mechanical equipment to meet different technological requirements. And sheet metal punching accuracy is generally ±0.1mm or so, bending accuracy can generally reach ±0.5mm, so relative to hardware processing, the accuracy is much lower.
