In April 2018, our company added the third workshop for injection molding business, which is located in Datong Village, Nansha District, covering an area of 12,000 square meters. Currently, the equipment of the first stage (LS2800 tons, imported originally, the maximum size of the mold: 2MX1.9Mx2m) two have entered production debugging, can produce the whole car front and rear bumper at one time, the finished product single weight is up to 15KG. As the second manufacturer with this production capacity in Guangzhou, it can bring customers higher precision and higher intensity of service. At present, the production capacity has been fully booked, and the second stage of production is expected to be carried out in the second half of 2019.
